ADULT TRAINING OPTIONS
1:1 General Population Personalized Training
With an individual focus, you will receive a detailed program aimed towards your body type, age, and experience catered to your specific goals and aspirations.
Programs are written 4 weeks per program.
Current training options include 1, 2, and 3 days a week training options per 4-week program.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers a more individualized form of training for athletes and clients. Semi-private training is capped at 2 people per session and is a great option for teammates, friends or family members. Training offers personalized programs and coaching attention.
Programs are written 4 weeks per program.
Current training options include 1, 2, and 3 days a week training options per 4-week program.
Small Group Classes
Small group classes are designed similarly to a personal program in a small group setting. You will be introduced to all aspects of training to gain confidence and strength or sharpen your skills if you are more experienced. All levels are welcome for these classes. Classes are capped at 10 people per class to ensure proper coach instruction.
Classes are written in 4-week training blocks with progressions. Each class will offer an in-depth warm-up and cool-down with a combination of power, strength, and endurance-based workouts.
Classes are for those looking to get a good workout in, and who work best in a group setting. Best for parents, adults looking to get back into training, or something new to add to their weeks.
Classes are an hour long and $25/class (we will be offering the option to purchase packages soon!)
We are not offering day of drop-ins at this time, so an advanced sign-up is required.
Class times offered:
Mondays: 7AM-8AM
Tuesdays: 7AM-8AM; 12PM-1PM; 7PM-8PM
Wednesdays: 7AM-8AM; 7PM-8PM
Saturdays: 8AM-9AM
Pre/Postnatal Training
Our ProNatal Certified Training option is Focused on guiding soon-to-be and new moms through training during pregnancy and postpartum. Programs are written per trimester during pregnancy and in 4-week increments during postpartum. You will get a comprehensive strength training program tailored to your stage.
